Entrance to the facility is via double door access. The reception desk is 960mm high with a drop level at 780mm for wheelchair users.

Customers can converse with staff bilingually through the medium of either Welsh or English.

There is level access from reception and signage which includes braille directing access towards the fitness gym, sports hall, meeting room and changing rooms via doors that are a minimum of 870mm.

All activities other than the squash courts are located on the ground floor with level access throughout.

  • Dual Adjustable Pulley – accessible for all users
  • Treadmills – the arms of the treadmill allow for those with mobility issues to hold on whilst walking.
  • Sci Fit Hand Bike – has a removeable seat to make it accessible for all users.

Changing rooms are fully accessible from reception via 870mm – 1740mm wide double doors.

• Dedicated accessible changing in both the male and female changing rooms.
• Removable shower hoses for ease in showering.
• Dedicated accessible toilet on the ground floor with accessible access cubicles in both changing rooms.
• All accessible toilets and pool changing facilities are fitted with emergency call buttons to request assistance.
