Entrance to the facility is via automatic doors leading to the reception area with a reception desk of 1040mm which has a drop level at 750mm for wheelchair users.

Customers can converse with staff bilingually in either Welsh or English.

Internal 840mm double doors lead to the gym, sports hall, spin studio and squash courts with signage directing the way.  Signage includes braille.

All accessible activities are located on the ground floor with level access throughout.

• Gym – A range of equipment that is suitable for users with a range of abilities.
  • Dual adjustable pulley – accessible for all users.
  • Treadmills – the arms of the treadmill allow for those with mobility 

• There are two dedicated accessible changing rooms in the male and female changing areas with support bars, shower seat, privacy curtain and bench seating.
• Other changing areas are fully accessible for wheelchair users
• There are dedicated accessible toilet facilities in the reception area and changing rooms.
• All accessible toilets and pool changing facilities are fitted with emergency call buttons to request assistance.
