Freeze Request Form

If you submit a freeze request, we ask that you do not cancel your Direct Debit. Otherwise, you will incur a joining fee if you wish to restart your membership a few months later.

Notice Requirement: There's a requirement for 7 working days' notice before the freeze or cancellation can be actioned. This ensures that the administrative process can be completed in time for the effective date.

Please note: Members can complete a freeze form at any time, but the freeze will only take effect from the 1st of the following month. We also require seven working days’ notice to process the request.

Please Note: an unfreeze can only be made at the end of each month. Please state the end of which month you would like to freeze.
