Freeze Request Form

If you submit a freeze request, we ask that you do not cancel your Direct Debit. Otherwise, you will incur a joining fee if you wish to restart your membership a few months later.

Please Note: a freeze can only be made on the 1st of each month. Please state the first day of which month you would like to freeze.
