WHY HAVE YOU CHOSEN TO BE A COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR AND WHAT CAN PEOPLE EXPECT FROM YOUR ACTIVITY OR SESSIONS?
I enjoy going running, cycling and going to the gym, if I'm able to help others to enjoy the benefits that regular running in a group has to offer it's such a great way to improve fitness and socialise at the same time.
Our run sessions will be friendly social environment where runners of all abilities can feel relaxed and really enjoy their running, hopefully achieving their goal.
