Your Good Health Event

Are you struggling with health or wellbeing concerns?

Join us on Sunday 28th July 10am – 4pm at St Clears Leisure Centre for a ‘Your Good Health’ event, which provides an opportunity to come and experience all manner of wellbeing, health and complementary treatments.

We are offering different approaches to identify, treat and prevent dis-ease in the body & mind, to help you achieve optimum health and well-being in your life.

This FREE event will include talks, 1:1 and group sessions.

Our aim is collaboration with the local community, with a focus on wellbeing, that is available and accessible to everyone. 

This event is the first step towards this, and it would be great if YOU the local community came along and brought your curiosity and questions.

Donna Eden Medicine Daily Routine: Along with our physical bodies we have energy fields which flow within and surround us. Energy medicine is the way in which we balance and harmonise our energies to help our bodies and mind to achieve optimum functioning.

The Eden Daily Energy Routine, which once you learn these simple exercises will take up less than 10 minutes per day, is like a re-set and helps to restore your body’s natural energy flow.

Qi Gong: involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

(TRE®) Shake off stress, tension & trauma: These shakes are akin to a nervous system reboot, rekeasing stress tension and trauma in a regulated way. Using a simple set of seven exercises, teaching people how to switch on their tremors, pay attention to the feelings generated by these tremors and, also, how to stop them.

Yoga: involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being.

Sound Healing: A wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care. A sound healing session involves lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, and singing bowls.

Energy Talk on Mental Health: Understand energy to help release negativity, stop being affected by other people’s thoughts and emotions, and feeling drained, learn some simple and effective techniques to help you remain calm, increase focus and confidence, and increase positivity even during the most challenging of days.

A small group discussion looking at stress and how it impacts our lives. We will be looking at how our food choices affect us and what tools, supplements and lifestyle choices we can use to help us build resilience.
