New access control measures in place
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience, we've introduced new access control measures at Carmarthen, St Clears, and Newcastle Emlyn Leisure Centres—a change made in response to your valuable feedback.
All members will need to tap their RFID button / keyring to enter these areas. This system will streamline access and automatically record your attendance, helping to prevent any incorrectly applied £3 non-attendance charges. It's just one of the many ways we’re working to make your visits smoother and more enjoyable.
Where you need to scan?
The leisure centres and rooms that have the new access control areas are:
Carmarthen Leisure Centre: Play Centre, Spin Room and Gym (giving access to the Dance Studio).
St Clears: Gym
Newcastle Emlyn Leisure Centre: Activity Room, Main Door to corridor towards the Gym, Changing rooms and Sauna.
Don’t have your RFID / keyring?
A free RFID button would’ve been issued to you when you first joined. If you need a replacement, you can purchase one at our receptions
RFID button - £2
Keyring - £3
Important reminder
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that everyone scans their RFID button/keyring individually when entering - even if the door is held open for others. This ensures your attendance to that session is recorded correctly and avoids any incorrect non-attendance charges being applied.
At Actif, we are always listening to your feedback and striving to enhance your experience. Thank you for your cooperation.
