Carmarthen leisure centre athletics track has been awarded TrackMark accreditation from UK Athletics, the National Governing Body for athletics.

TrackMark is UKAs new quality assurance scheme for outdoor track and field facilities that provides users of all ages and abilities the confidence that:

- they can enjoy track and field athletics at a venue that is accessible to all

- well managed and maintained

- meets all required governing body facility and equipment safety standards
