Wednesday - Exercise To Music (60+)
Session Time: 10:00 – 10:45
Cost: £4.50 per session
Class Description: (Low/ Moderate intensity) A fun dance class at a slightly lower intensity for those looking to become fitter. Suitable for 60+.
Wednesday - Multi Skills (3-5yrs)
Session Time: 17:00 - 17:30
Cost: £2.80 per session
Class Description: Boost your child’s confidence, coordination, and creativity with multi-skills! Perfect for ages 3–5, these fun-packed sessions build balance, agility, and teamwork through playful movement.
Wednesday - Actif Sports (6-8yrs)
Session Time: 17:45 - 18:15
Cost: £2.80 per session
Class Description: Get kids moving, confident, and loving sport with Actif Sports! Designed for ages 6–8, these high-energy sessions build strength, speed, and teamwork through exciting games and skill challenges.
How to book via the app
Firstly download our Actif app by going to your phones app store. Search for Actif Sport and Leisure. Once downloaded, open the app and click on the menu button ≡ (top left) then select My Clubs a list will then appear select Actif Community.
For Cwmaman Community Centre sessions click on the Ammanford Area tile, scroll down and select the session you wish to book.
About Cwmaman Community Centre
Based in the heart of the Community, it is home to innovative experiences that serve all from the surrounding area. You can find the community's well-stocked food bank 'Y Pantry' & also the newly developed bowls pavilion & welcoming café area.
