What's On at Whitland Memorial Hall by day?
Monday - Exercise to Music (60+)
Session Time: 10:00 – 10:45
Cost: £4.40 per session
Class Description: A series of effective exercises that have been choreographed to various music genres. A great session if you are returning to exercise. Moderate intensity but can be increased by the participant.
Monday - Women's Learn To Lift (14yrs+)
Session Time: 18:00 – 19:00
Cost: £2.70 per child, £4.40 per adult
Class Description: Sutable for women/girls aged 14yr+ who want to build confidence in weight lifting and improve their fitness. Come and be a part of our community!
Tuesday - Children's Sport Skills (5-8yrs)
Session Time: 16:15 – 17:00
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: Join us for a sporty session which will develop essential physical literacy skills for children. Sports will differ weekly but are guaranteed to be fun!
Tuesday - Teen Strength (12yrs+)
Session Time: 17:15 – 18:00
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: An inclusive session designed for teenagers who would like to improve their confidence with lifting weights while developing strength and fitness.
Tuesday - Workout of the Day (14yrs+)
Session Time: 18:15 – 19:00
Cost: £4.40 per session
Class Description: Workout of the day is a 45minute fitness class that guarantees to get your heart pumping and muscles working. This session is suitable for all ability levels.
How to book via the app
Firstly download our Actif app by going to your phones app store. Search for Actif Sport and Leisure. Once downloaded, open the app and click on the menu button ≡ (top left) then select My Clubs a list will then appear select Actif Community.
For Whitland Memorial Hall sessions click on the Carmarthen Area tile, scroll down and select the session you wish to book.
About Whitland Memorial Hall
Ideal for functions, fund-raising events, public meetings, activities and shows amongst other events and is available 7 days a week.
