Tuesday - Exercise to Music (60+)
Session Time: 11:15 – 12:00 Starts 7th January
Cost: £4.40 per session
Class Description: (Low/ Moderate intensity) A fun dance class at a slightly lower intensity for those looking to become fitter. Suitable for 60+.
Tuesday - Actif After School Club (8-10yrs)
Session Time: 15:30 – 16:15 Starts 7th January
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: Suitable for ages 8-10. Join Actif for a fun after school session where we will play different games and complete in obstacle course races.
Tuesday - Family Fun Sports (5+)
Session Time: 16:30 – 17:15 Starts 7th January
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: Bring the whole family along to bond whilst playing games and classic sports such as football, hockey and much more! Suitable for everyone aged over 5.
Friday - Balance Bikes & Sports (2-4yrs)
Session Time: 16:00 – 16:30 Starts 10th January
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: For children aged 2-4. Balance bikes and helments will be provided to all children. Through weekly sessions children will develop their confidence and be able to progess into pedal bikes, taking them one step closer to being able to ride a bike.
Friday - Children's Skills for Sport (5-7yrs)
Session Time: 16:45 – 17:15 Starts 10th January
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: A sport session for ages 5-7 Children will learn vital physical literacy skills like throwing and catching whilst having fun and making new friends. Parental engagement is encouraged.
Friday - Football Skills (8-10yrs)
Session Time: 17:30 – 18:00 Starts 10th January
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: A six week block of football for ages 8-10. Working on ball skills, footwork and mini games. Whilst having fun and making new friends.
Friday - Actif Youth Club (11-17yrs)
Session Time: 18:00 – 19:00 Starts 10th January
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: Join Actif Youth Club for a fun session where we will play a variety of different games. Refreshements will be provided. Suitable for anyone aged 11-17.
How to book via the app
Firstly download our Actif app by going to your phones app store. Search for Actif Sport and Leisure. Once downloaded, open the app and click on the menu button ≡ (top left) then select My Clubs a list will then appear select Actif Community.
For Pontyates Welfare Hall sessions click on the Ammanford Area tile, scroll down and select the session you wish to book.
