Tuesday - Fit For Life (60+)
Session Time: 13:15 – 14:00 Starting 7th January
Cost: £4.40 per session
Class Description: (Low Intensity) A functional fitness class based on staying fit and healthy for life. Work on your mobility, flexibility, balance and strength, following everyday movement patterns, and using functional equipment. Suitable for 60+.
Tuesday - Actif Story Time (2-4yrs)
Session Time: 14:15 – 15:00 Starting 7th January
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: For children aged 2-4. During Actif Story Time children will read a story through a story together and take pauses to play games related to the book. Parental engagement is encouraged.
Thursday - Social Sports
Session Time: 15:30 - 16:15
Cost: £4.40 per session

Thursday - Actif After School Club (4-11yrs)
Session Time: 16:30 – 17:00
Cost: £2.70 per session
Class Description: A sport session for ages 5-7. Children will learn vital physical literacy skills like throwing and catching whilst having fun and making new friends. Parental engagement is encouraged.
Thursday - Family Fun Sports (4+ yrs)
Session Time: 17:15 – 17:45
Cost: £2.70 per child, £4.40 per adult
Class Description: A six week block of athletics for ages 8-10. Working on a variety of different sports such as javelin, archery and mini games. Whilst having fun and making new friends.

Firstly download our Actif app by going to your phones app store. Search for Actif Sport and Leisure. Once downloaded, open the app and click on the menu button ≡ (top left) then select My Clubs a list will then appear select Actif Community.
